+ Operations & CX Paid Internship
ODDO is looking for a dynamic, extremely organized and proactive intern who will be motivated by new challenges and creative problem solving. This hourly paid intern will be a critical hire for our operations team and will report directly to our CEO in support of our operations, our exceptional customer engagement, and the systems that support our customer experiences.
Starting pay: $25 / hour
Schedule: (mostly) monday through friday 12p-4pm (~20 hours/week), may include some off-hour engagements & community activations.
Location: At our Richmond, VA studio; optionally remote on Fridays

We sell intimate goods for the ways of the body. We are a small, NY & VA based women-owned business making super soft 100% organic cotton underwear and basics. We use our marketing materials (and the underwear) as a tool to spark informed, accessible conversations about bodies, health, and identity.

+ Who this might interest The ideal candidate is a fantastic communicator and hyper-organized project manager who will help execute our day to day customer communications across all channels, planning and assisting in the execution of website initiatives and updates (includes prepping for product launches and sales), and also day to day organization and operations of the studio. This role directly helps keep the site alive and breathing as we grow our audience through exceptional experiences both in website and in customer service.
+ Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Collaborate closely with our Production & Logistics team to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and feedback is incorporated into our processes.Assist with wholesale/sales management - ensure inventory & order management with our wholesale & dropship partners are running smoothly with weekly check-ins on any inventory updates or order issues.
Coordinate & Support ODDO product pop-ups across select retail engagements - inventory planning, day of scheduling, and potential onsite management if needed.
Continuously improve our systems by identifying opportunities for automation, creating better documentation, and implementing technical solutions
This role is what you make it! There is potential for this role to evolve into a full time position, including studio management, based on performance.
Customer Service:
Assist & supplement daily customer engagement & provide guidance and feedback for CX coordinator(s) within the following areas: order management, best practices, responses to product issue/production errors.
Assist in daily management, optimization & reporting across - Loop, Gorgias, Recharge, Mirkal, Faire
Assist in customer loyalty initiatives
Assist in Quality Control Program - collect & organize customer feedback, community building and internal product feedback.
Website Design & Optimization:
Assist in general Management - work closely with updates & optimization of the website. Work closely with the creative team & development team to optimize & update.
Project manage launches - update product pages (work in tandem w/ creative team, headers, pricing, collections)
Subscription management & optimization
Bundle management & optimization (work in tandem w/ creative team)
+ Qualifications
2-3 years experience working with customers or in an e-comm environment OR related retail/customer service work experience
Experience with shopify, klaviyo, gorgias, notion, a plus
Must love excel/google docs or be excited/not intimidated to learn
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills or a propensity and desire to learn our systems.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong ability to setup organizational systems and recognize & rectify inefficiencies
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new skills
Self motivated and directed: exceptional time management (or an interest in improving your time management skills); able to balance reactive work with proactive work

This candidate should be eager to work directly with one of the co-founders, distilling the brand vision into exceptional, actionable and measurable marketing efforts.
+ Key Responsibilities
Content Management:
Assist in the execution, and optimization of digital/non-digital marketing campaigns across our website, email, social media, and other online platforms as well as print ads, direct mailers, inserts, our signature ODDO body manuals aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Assist in the Production of Photoshoots and Events - pre-production, budget planning, model engagement, shoot management, inventory coordination, etc. Assist in event planning & activation (outside of retail pop-ups):
Community Management:
Spearheaded consumer research projects and activations.
Assist in communication & coordination in relation to PR, gifting, and partnerships.
Project Management:
Utilize studio project management tools to organize, track, and ensure the timely completion of marketing projects and campaigns, coordinating across teams to achieve marketing goals effectively and efficiently.
Assist co-founder with scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements.

+ Qualifications
At least 3 years pursuing a degree in the arts OR 2-3 years experience in the arts, marketing, social media or communications
Experience with shopify, klaviyo, figma, adobe suite and related platforms a plus
Must love excel/google docs or be excited/not intimidated to learn
Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong content creation and storytelling ability
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement
