+ how do i place an exchange or return?

+ What is your return policy on domestic orders?
clearance items, orders made during promotional sales (like midnight madness or our bi-annual warehouse sale) and ODDOkids products are final sale and ineligible for return. additionally, due to the intimate nature of underwear, we are unable to accept returns on any underwear that has been removed from its original packaging.
Underwear that is unopened and remains in its original individual glassine package is eligible for return as long as it's undamaged and made within 30 days of receiving your order. Opened tanks, bras, t-shirts, biker shorts, woven boxers, nightgowns, bodysuits, and lounge pants can be returned, as long as they are unwashed, clean, and unworn (beyond trying on). bodysuits are nonrefundable.
the original shipping cost is nonrefundable.

+ What is your return policy on international orders?
We do not process exchanges on international orders at this time. We do accept unopened returns (see domestic order return policy about what kinds of returns we accept).
please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees. ODDOBODY is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returned packages.
+ Can I return clearance products or sale products?
clearance items, orders made during promotional sales (such as midnight madness), and giveaway products are final sale and ineligible for return.
+ I'm a first time customer. What is your first pair guarantee?
we realize shopping for underwear online can be tricky, that’s why we offer a one pair guarantee for all first-time customers – this means a complimentary exchange or refund on one opened panty of your choosing, as long as it wasn’t purchased during a site-wide sale (such as midnight madness) or was from our clearance section. find the style you want to try and shop with peace of mind :)
please note that the first pair guarantee does not mean the “first of each style.” if you’ve read our sizing advice on the style’s product page and are still feeling unsure about sizing, feel free to email us at contact@oddobody.com, we’ll be happy to help you find your fit!
International customer? At this time, we are only able to offer refunds for the first pair guarantee, no exchanges.
+ why did my return go to manual review? and when will i be notified of approval?
ODDO’s policy around first pair guarantee is not yet supported by our returns platform, so our team needs a little extra time to review your request. no worries though, it shouldn’t take more than 1-2 business days for review. if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, you can always reach out to our customer service team directly at contact@oddobody.com.
+ I need to return my bundle or an item from it, how do I do that?
Bundles are made up of 3 individual products, and the same return policy that applies to non-bundle orders apply to bundle orders. We are always happy to accept unopened underwear for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Underwear that has been opened/removed from its individual packaging is not eligible for return, with the exception of the 1 undie first pair guarantee available only to first time customers.
any bundles requested for return will go to manual review.
+ How long does it take to process a return?
once you drop your return at the post office, it can take up to two weeks to get back to our fulfillment warehouse. returns should be processed 1-2 weeks after it is delivered back to our warehouse.
+ are there handling fees with returns?
with refunds, there is a handling fee of 10% of the value of your return that is deducted from your refund total. this handling fee covers shipping and warehouse costs.
store credit applies a $1 handling fee to cover these costs.
no handling fee is applied to exchanges.
+ can you assist me with your returns portal?
of course! this is an entirely new returns process for us, so we are happy to help you in any way to make your return as seamless as possible. you can always reach out to us at contact@oddoobdy.com with any issues you are running into or with any feedback you have regarding the process.
