+ How do I place a return or exchange?

Email us at contact@oddobody.com with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange. Then we can go from there!

+ What is your return policy on domestic orders?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any underwear that has been removed from its original packaging. Returns must be unopened, undamaged, and made within 30 days of receiving your order. Opened tanks can be returned, as long as they are unwashed and unworn (beyond trying on).

ODDOkids underwear is final sale. Exceptions due to production or fulfillment errors still apply.

Please note the original shipping cost is nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund total. 

+ What is your return policy on international orders?

We do not process exchanges on international orders at this time. We do accept unopened returns (see domestic order return policy). However, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees. ODDOBODY is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returned packages.

+ Can I return clearance products?

clearance products and giveaway products are final sale and not eligible for return.

+ I'm a first time customer. What is your first pair guarantee?

we realize shopping for underwear online can be tricky, that’s why we offer a one pair guarantee for all first-time customers – this means a free exchange or refund on one opened panty of your choosing. find the style you want to try and shop with peace of mind :)

At this time, we do not accept exchanges for international customers, only refunds (includes first pair guarantee).

note: our first pair guarantee does not apply to tanks or kids' products.

+ How long does it take to process a return? 

once you drop your return at the post office, it can take up to two weeks to get back to our fulfillment warehouse. returns should be processed 1-2 weeks after it is delivered back to our warehouse
