+ uh oh... I didn't receive what I ordered, what should I do?

Sincere apologies! Since each order is individually picked and packed, every once in awhile items can get mixed up. Please reach out to us at contact@oddobody.com and we’ll get your order sorted out ASAP.

+ my product is damaged (i.e. rips, holes, unraveling seams, etc). is there anything you can do? 

we're sorry to hear that! All our products are created in a quality controlled factory, but we're still a small business and the process of cutting the fabric and constructing the garment is mostly manual, so there is some room for variation and human error. However, we do take these issues very seriously, especially if you are experiencing product damage within the first 6 months. We definitely want to hear from you and escalate with our production team, so please send us an email at contact@oddobody.com with a picture of the damaged area(s) on each pair affected and we’ll work to get it resolved ASAP. 

please note: natural fibers can be more prone to wear and tear (such as fraying). if you reach out to us about the wear and tear of an order you purchased more than 6 months ago, we cannot remedy the order since at that point the damage is beyond our control. if you are concerned about the wear & tear over time, while the products are machine-washable, you can hand wash them and lay them flat to dry (they are super quick-drying!).

+ Once I place my order, can I make changes to it?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to modify it, as the package is out of our hands. Before you place your order, be sure to review both the products in your cart and your address to ensure they are correct (sometimes autofill can be tricky) and any apartment numbers are included (if needed). If you have address corrections, please reach out to both us (contact@oddobody.com) and the relevant shipping company with the correct shipping address. They may be able to forward your shipment to the correct address.

+ How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification from us once you place your order and once it ships with your tracking information. You should be able to stay updated with your orders status by selecting the tracking number. Once your order does arrive, you will also be notified by email of delivery. +Why is my discount not working?

thanks for giving us a try! unfortunately, we're unable to stack discounts at this time. with the exception of certain sales and promotions, only one discount/discount code may be applied to an order. This also applies to our bundles: the homebody, the heartbreaker, the every body, and the miami heat. i.e. if you're a first-time customer and have 3 or more products in your cart, the bundle15 discount will have automatically activated, so the first-time customer discount code won't work (you're still getting 15% off though, regardless of which discount you use in this case!).

+ When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order.

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards and our ODDO gift cards. We also accept payments via Paypal and AfterPay for US customers.

+ Can I update my payment information after I place my order?

Due to security reasons, we are unable to update any payment information on our end. With that said, typically orders will not go through if billing addresses, CVC codes and card numbers do not match. If an order does process, wrong billing information will not affect your order.

+ What should I do if my credit card keeps getting declined?

Check with your bank and ensure that your billing address is correct. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to us at contact@oddobody.com with other questions you may have.
