Is shipping affected due to COVID-19?
We are still experiencing some minor delays related to covid-19 & the defunding of USPS. Where does ODDOBODY ship?
We currently only ship within the US and Canada, but we’re hoping to expand soon! Please feel free to send requests to email@example.com. You can also stay in the loop by signing up for our newsletter here.
How much is domestic shipping?
Free shipping will be included on all orders over $60 and subscription purchases. To find out more about ODDO's subscription service click here.
Standard shipping is $5 via FedEx Smartpost, a hybrid service of Fedex and USPS, which can take 4-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping via FedEx 2DAY for $20, which can take 2-3 business days.
How much is international shipping?
We now ship to Canada! Standard international shipping to Canada is via DHL for a flat rate of $10. We do not offer expedited shipping to Canada at this time. Free shipping on international orders over $100.
ODDOBODY is unable to charge customs or import duties upon checkout since these fees are calculated and collected by each country's customs authority individually. Find more information here. Please allow 8-14 days for international shipping.
We do not accept exchanges on international orders at this time. We do accept unworn returns, however the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees. ODODBODY is not responsible for any return packages lost or undelivered.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can take anywhere from 8-10 business days.
How long will it take to ship to Canada?
Shipping to Canada can take anywhere from 8-14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
We want you to love your product as much as we do. If you have any questions or are not satisfied with your product, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any underwear that has been removed from its original packaging. Returns must be unopened, undamaged, and made within 30 days of purchase.
Please note the original shipping cost is nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund total. clearance products and giveaway products are final sale and are not eligible for return.
First pair guarantee
First-time customer? we realize shopping for underwear online can be tricky, that’s why we offer a one pair guarantee for all first-time customers -- this means a free exchange or refund on a panty of your choosing. find the style you want to try and shop with peace of mind.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges for international customers, only refunds (includes first pair guarantee).
How long does it take to process a return?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal for US customers. We don’t currently accept prepaid gift cards.

Where is this product made?
The long-staple organic Pima cotton is grown, hand harvested, and milled in the valleys of southern Peru, free from chemicals and pesticides. Each piece is tinted with eco-friendly dyes and knit using high-gauge machines to create the finest, sheerest fabric possible with a natural, 4-way stretch.
How should I care for my ODDO products?
ODDOBODY’s products are machine washable, but to keep them in their best shape—we recommend you hand wash in warm water, then lay flat to dry. ODDO underwear is a great travel companion as they take up little room and are quick to dry ;)
Will you be launching more products?

Finding your fit
How do I find my fit?
Just like finding the perfect fitting bra, underwear fits differently for every body. We recommend you use our size guide (located on each product page) to measure for each style and check out our new fit guide as each style hits the body at different places. If you have any issues with fit we are happy to work with you to find the right size. Simply reach out to email@example.com.

How are ODDO products packaged?
At ODDOBODY we’re sensitive of the impact e-commerce has on our environment, thus we’ve made our packaging as minimal as possible, using recycled materials when able, and ensuring all packaging is eco-friendly & recyclable. In addition 100% cotton is compostable! If not using your old underwear as rags (which is a great way to use your old pieces of clothing) we recommend you compost! Simply cut out the elastic and check with your local waste management center to confirm any additional requirements or regulations.
